Taylor's Model Hunt!

First of all, a BIG thank you to SAUNDER & QIAN WEI for helping out!!! (we didn't manage to grab a group photo, but, whatever)

Saunder got his thank you the day itself!!!

*hint hint* guys (& girls, of course) there are many more oppotunities up for grabs! I need 6 more fellas on the 20th!

The day started with a row with somebody (it must always start that way) who didn't really know what was going on and only knew how to point her finger to give orders; which unfortunately for her doesn't work with us.

Despite that, we continued shooting with a simple set up of 3 lights and a white backdrop. Despite the crew being greenhorns (no other connotations intended, see above if you don't get it) they were great!

Benazir and the crew were awesome as well! They helped us sort out stuff and helped us print the photos as I couldn't get an instant printer.

Nice to see some people just doing casual things in front of the camera.(except doing so did make a rather large hole in Eric's backdrop paper)

Dear all!

I would like to sincerely invite all of you to take the challenge and send in your Curricula Vitae (CV) to run as EXCO and board members!

You are just to send in a CV with the following details

• Personal and Contact details
• Programme
• Previous Co-curricular involvement
• Previous Photographic Endeavors
  
• A short personal statement

It doesn't matter if you have little (or even no) photographic endeavors in the past, we are looking for commited people who are willing to learn and teach others. :)

Also, i think i should highlight the posts up for grabs!

Plus, if you happen to know any lecturers who might be interested in photography, we are looking for an extra adviser as well!

This would not only add much to your resume in the future, but also increase your experiences in college.

The club is ready and back in action! We would like to thank everyone for the patient wait for us to start with the first meeting!

First and foremost, we would like to announce the Annual General Meeting for the year of 2009! The details are as follows:

Date: 25th of February 2009 (Wednesday)
Time: 4.00 to 5.00 p.m.
Venue: Pending Confirmation (It will be one of the classrooms in main campus)
Agenda: - Meeting New Members
- Election of new Board of Directors (BOD)
- Laying out plans for 2009
- Hearing from all of you!
- Collection of Membership Fees~!

For those who wish to be elected as members of the BOD, please send a CV of past ECA involvement (in school etc.) and a short personal statement on why you wish to be on the BOD.

The activities and ideas being tossed around at the moment include:

ECA day 2009

Hi. Steven here, reporting what happened on this years first ECA drive. So lets get on with it...

At about 3pm, I met up with Zi Yang and set up out 'booth' which is 'stategically' located in the cafeteria. We were seriously undermanned but a we still go by without any major problems. A new member called Zu Ken helped me out. He was the first to sign up, helped me abit by attacting more potential members. Thanks dude!

At the end of the day, we managed to get 69 people to sign up. I left the member list in the piegeon hole, i have a photocopy if that goes missing... so the IT guy, whoever is it now... please get the list and log it into our database.
